| 摘 要： | 2005年《公司法》确立了一人公司制度。一人公司股东的有限责任具有法定性:一人公司股东在公司法上承担有限责任需要具备公司法所规定的规范前提,一人公司股东在司法中享受有限责任,需要依法完成举证责任。

| Abstract: | Company Law of the People's Republic of China(2005) has established the system of one-person limited liability companies.One-person company' limited liability of shareholder is legal.The shareholder of one-person company enjoys the limited liability in the company law needed for regulation premise stipulated by company law.The shareholder of one-person company enjoys the limited liability in the judicature to need completing the burden of proof in accordance with the law. |
