| 摘 要： | 集群企业知识联盟有利于提升集群的整体实力。知识联盟是建立在成员之间相互信任、互利互惠基础之上的,企业是否加入联盟取决于成本和收益的比较分析。构建共生型产业集群知识合作的静态博弈模型,可为成员企业在参加知识联盟时提供策略选择。平衡企业之间的知识贡献和收益、提高吸收能力、构建利益共享机制、推进一体化整合是促进集群知识联盟形成并良性运转的基本策略。
