| 摘 要： | 在作为东汉王朝都城的166年中,洛阳发生了102次自然灾害,而在此后的30年里没有一次灾害记录。洛阳的灾害记录约占同期全国灾害记录的四分之一,说明灾害记录具有极其强烈的人为因素和政治因素。东汉洛阳自然灾害的种类齐全,除霜灾外,可谓是众灾毕至。位居次数多、为祸烈前三位的灾种为地震、水灾、旱灾。

| Abstract: | 102 natural disasters took place in Luoyang during 166 years as the capital of the Eastern Han Dynasty.But there was no natural disaster record in 30 years later,and the disaster record of Luoyang accounted for 1/4 of the national disaster record of the same period.This proved that the disaster record has strong human and political factor.The natural disasters in Luoyang in the Eastern Han Dynasty mainly are earthquake,flood and droughts. |
