摘    要:功能同质性的弊端是服务同质化,缺乏竞争优势。目前我国金融业买方市场日趋成熟,以顾客为中心的经营环境正在形成。克服银行同质化,实施银行服务以顾客为中心的差异化战略,塑造各自的竞争优势,才能在激烈的市场竞争中获胜。

Abstract:The abuse of function homogeneity is the service homogeneity and competitive advantage lacking. Buyers' market in Chinese financial industry is becoming mature gradually,and the environment of regarding customers as the core is forming presently. Only to overcome the problem of banking homogeneity, to regard customers as the core, and to strengthen competitive advantage,can our financial industry win in drastic market competition.
