| 摘 要： | 2007年我国对1993年制定的《科技进步法》进行了系统修改。新的《科技进步法》巩固了促进科技创新的法律基础,把增强自主创新能力和建设创新型国家写入法律,进一步健全和完善了知识产权制度,通过宽容失败和强调诚信鼓励创新,确立企业在技术创新中的主体地位,加强科技资源的共享制度及运行机制,支持农业基础科技研究。

| Abstract: | The "Science and Technology Progress Law" of China,which was framed in 1993,was amended systematically in 2007.The new "Science and Technology Progress Law" consolidated the legal foundations for the romotion of scientific and technological innovation.The new law strengthens the system of sharing scientific and technological resources and the corresonding oerational mechanism,and rovides suort for the basic scientific and technological study on agriculture. |
