传统跨国公司理论述评

“二战”以来 ,跨国公司的发展引起了西方学者的极大关注 ,其一系列旨在阐明跨国公司对外扩张动因及其条件的理论和模型 ,形成了数十种跨国公司理论流派。其中具有代表性的理论有垄断优势理论、产品生命周期理论和内部化理论等三大传统跨国公司理论。而折衷理论兼容了三大传统理论的优点。跨国公司对外进行国际直接投资的实践需要在理论上进行创新 ,从而导致了对折衷范式的突破。

Since "World War II",the development of MNC has aroused great concern from western scholars.A series of theory and model that explain the reasons and conditions of MNC expansion were raised and several dozens of theory schools were formed.Compromise theory includes the advantage of the three traditional theories.Practice that MNC invested in foreign countries directly needs to innovate in theory.This caused the break through of the type compromise theory.
