| 摘 要： | 规律和物质的客观性在是否可感、有无内容上的要素点方面有所区别。规律存在于事物的全过程 ,但并不否认相对静止点规律的存在。无论对自然界还是社会历史 ,规律都是“既不能创造 ,也不能消灭”。

| Abstract: | There are distinctions between the objectiveness of matter and of laws in the aspects of whether they can be perceived and whether there are key elements in the content. The rules exist in the whole developing process of matter, as doesn't deny there is a relative static point existing in it. In both the natural world and social history. Laws can not be created, nor eliminated. |
