| 摘 要： | 据31家相关公司2000-2004年财务报告,对我国农业类上市公司资本结构的实证分析表明:资产状况、收入质量、成长性、国有化程度和公司规模对企业资本结构的选择有显著的影响,同时农业类上市公司的资本结构存在不合理状况。
