| Abstract: | The compulsory feature of official documents requires the writer to be "without self consciousness " in writing. Besides, the subjectivity and clear tendency of the documents require the writer to be "with self consciousness". So, the relations between being "with self consciousness" and being "without self consciousness" must be properly dealt with and the two should be united harmoniously. |
