| 摘 要： | 东晋南朝时代,侨州郡县普遍设置乃至成为一种制度。侨州郡县对当时政区建置与政区制度产生了广泛而深刻的影响,如政区增滥现象、其他种类特殊政区的成立、政区制度的没落与虚妄等等,都与侨州郡县相联系。虽然如此,东晋南朝设立侨州郡县、实施侨置制度,起码在当时仍然是利大于弊。

| Abstract: | Emigrant state and county were widely set in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Southern Dynasty.The setting of emigrant state and county in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Southern Dynasty affected the setting and the system of districts widely and deeply.The overflowing of districts,the setting of other kind of special districts,the decline of the system of districts and so on were all related with the setting of emigrant state and county.But the advantage of setting of emigrant state and county in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Southern Dynasty was bigger than shortcoming. |
