The system of appointment of supervisor is one of the core contents of the system of appointment and removement. It is divided into two parts: the owner's right of appointment and nominee's qualifications. Germany, France, Japan, Korea and Taiwan province all have made detailed laws of appointment of supervisors. By comparing with these countries and the area,we found that the legislation of our country is quite rough. We should use the experiences of those countries and area for reference to perfect our country's legislation of appointment of supervisors.
