| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课教师的职业倦怠对“05方案”的实施有不利的影响。本文剖析了高校思想政治理论课教师产生职业倦怠的原因，提出了预防和缓解高校思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠的对策，以求进一步提高高校思想政治理论课教育教学的实效性，推进“05方案”的顺利实施。
