| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是马克思主义基本原理与中国特色社会主义现代化建设具体实践相结合的产物,是马克思主义发展观的最新理论成果,是发展中国特色社会主义的重大战略思想,是逻辑应答全球性问题的根本指导方针.它创造性地回答了"为谁发展"、"发展什么"、"怎样发展"等重大时代命题,对指导当代中国乃至世界的科学发展具有重大的现实意义及深刻的理论价值、独特性价值和普遍性价值.

| Abstract: | Scientific concept of development is the application of the basic principles of Marxism to Chinese socialistic modernization. Being the latest theory concerning Marxist view of development, a strategic view to guide the socialistic development with Chinese characteristics and the fundamental principle which can help deal with global issues in a logical way, it can creatively cope with such important issues as "develop for whom?", "what to develop?", and "how to develop?" Accordingly, it is of great significance and of realistic, theoretical and universal value for the development of China and even the world. |
