| 摘 要： | 近代中国邮政的发展是从鸦片战争之后开始的,其中英国对晚清邮政的发展起到了不可忽视的作用。英国对晚清邮政的影响主要体现在两个方面:一是率先在中国开办客邮,客观上刺激了近代邮政的发展,但也在很大程度上侵夺了中国的邮政自主权;二是在制度层面,晚清邮政在人员构成和管理制度等方面都明显借鉴了英国的相关经验。晚清中国邮政的发展充分体现了中国近代化进程中的曲折与无奈。

| Abstract: | Modem China post developed after the opium late Qing Dynasty. The British influence embodies mainly in war, for which Britain played an important role in the two aspects： Firstly, Britain took the initiative to operate ＂Guest Post＂ in China, which on the one hand stimulated the development of modem China post, but on the other hand infringed on China postal autonomy. Secondly, China obviously drew from British experience in the deployment of personnel and operation mechanism. The post development of the late Qing Dynasty reflects the twists and turns and the helplessness in Chinese modernization. |
