新建本科高校产学研创新模式探究

高校的职责不仅仅是教学和科研，还要更好的服务社会，满足社会需求，而产学研合作可以更有效的实现高校对社会的服务职能。产学研合作即是企业、学校、科研机构之间的相互配合，其合作有利于高校和企业的共同发展，实现优势互补和校企共赢。以新建本科高校为背景，进一步分析了产学研合作中存在的诸多问题，如：高校的办学理念与社会需求的脱节；人才培养模式封闭单一；一些企业和教师对产学研价值取向存在分歧；政府引导和支持力度较弱，产学研合作持续发展的运行机制不够完善等。并且探讨了如何转变办学理念以及创新人才的培养；加强地方政府支持，构建完善的产学研模式；健全中介机构，充分发挥其在产学研合作中的桥梁作用，提出了“政产学研用”创新合作模式。

The Exploration of Industry - Academy - Research Innovation Models in the Newly - established Undergraduate Universities

The responsibilities of colleges are not only teaching and scientific research,but also serving society and meeting social needs better. The Industry - Academy - Research cooperation can fulfill the college’s service func-tion even more effectively. It is beneficial for mutual development of colleges and enterprises,and it can also a-chieve their mutual complementation and common development. Set in newly - established undergraduate universi-ties,this article analyzes some kinds of difficulties in this cooperation as follows,the disconnection between the teaching philosophy of colleges and social needs;the closed and monotonous talent cultivation pattern;the diver-gent value orientation to Industry - Academy - Research cooperation between enterprises and teachers;the relative-ly weak guidance and support from governments;and the incomplete operating mechanism of sustainable coopera-tion. Moreover,such approaches are also discussed as changing the philosophy of colleges and cultivating innova-tive talents,strengthening supports from local governments and building perfect cooperation mode,and improving the intermediary organizations to give full play to the role of bridging in the cooperation. Based on the above study and analysis,the innovation mode of government - industry - academy - research - intermediary is proposed.
