摘    要:通过研究磁场处理黄瓜种子在干旱胁迫条件下对其幼苗抗旱性的影响。给出了黄瓜种子经不同磁感应强度磁场处理后的生物效应及抗旱性对比。结果表明:干旱胁迫时处理组幼苗中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性增强,表明磁场可以通过清除植物体内自由基和增强代谢来加强黄瓜幼苗对水分胁迫的抗性;脯氨酸含量提高,说明磁场能通过降低细胞渗透势来增加黄瓜幼苗抗旱性;丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,表明磁场处理可以降低干旱胁迫时的膜脂过氧化水平。

Study on the Effect of the Magnetic Field to the Drought Resistance of Cucumber Seedlings

Abstract:The cucumbei seeds were treated by magnetic field with different magnetic induction intensity and the drought resistance impact of cucumber seedlings was studied under the drought stress. Increased SOD activity shows that water stress could be alleviated by eliminating the free radical and increasing metabolism. The increasing of proline content indicates that the drought resistance of cucumber seedlings could be increased due to reduction of penetration potential of plant cell. The content decline of MDA shows that, on the condition of drought stress, the magnetic field treatment can reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation.
