高压注水井油管柱设计研究

摘    要:针对注水管柱设计不好可能导致管柱断裂问题,对高压注水管柱作业过程进行了受力分析,给出了轴向拉力、外挤压力和内压力计算公式与注水管柱设计方法。提出在设计注水管柱时,下部管柱钢级和壁厚的初选可用抗挤和抗外压两种方案,然后从两套方案中选取高钢级方案。上部管柱钢级和壁厚按抗拉强度确定。

Abstract:Force analysis of high pressure water injection string is made.Equations for calculating the axial tension,external extrusion pressure and internal pressure are given,and the method for designing a water injection string is presented.The steel grade and wall thickness of the lower string can be determined by extrusion safety factor,while that the upper string should be decided by the tensile strength.An example of calculation is offered.
