摘    要:以白皮松种子为研究对象,研究了不同处理方法对白皮松种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:温水浸种、机械损伤、混沙埋藏、浓度适宜的过氧化氢、赤霉素和聚乙二醇均能提高白皮松种子的发芽率。其中过氧化氢处理以0.6%浓度效果最佳,发芽率为76.0%。赤霉素及聚乙二醇的最佳浸种浓度为1000mg/L和20%,发芽率分别为86.7%和83.3%。

Abstract:In this experiment,we studied the effects of different treatments on the germination rate of Pinus bungeana. The result showed that: warm water soaking,mechanical injury,mixed sand burial,H2O2,GA3 and PEG with moderate concentration all can promote the germination rate. The germination rate of H2O2with 0. 6% is the best. When the concentration of H2O2went up,it has an inhibition effect on the seed germination. GA3 of different concentration all can improve the germination rate of Pinus bungeana,and it is the best when the concentration is1000mg / L. PEG. Various concentrations can promote germination of Pinus bungeana,and concentration with 20%is the best.
