摘    要:在教师专业发展的过程中,反思性教学对其产生的影响越来越大,它必将成为教师发展的重要途径。因此,研究反思性教学的发展历史,分析反思性教学的作用,思考开展反思性教学的基本过程和基本方法,对促进教师的专业发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Reflective teaching ,which plays a significant role in teachers' professional development, is an important approach to teachers' self-development. This paper, by introducing the concept of reflective teaching , studies the development of reflective teaching. It then discusses the role of reflective teaching in teachers' professional development. Finally, it presents the basic steps of reflective teaching and a few methods for reflective teaching.
