| 摘 要： | 在教师专业发展的过程中，反思性教学对其产生的影响越来越大，它必将成为教师发展的重要途径。因此，研究反思性教学的发展历史，分析反思性教学的作用，思考开展反思性教学的基本过程和基本方法，对促进教师的专业发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Reflective teaching ,which plays a significant role in teachers＇ professional development, is an important approach to teachers＇ self-development. This paper, by introducing the concept of reflective teaching , studies the development of reflective teaching. It then discusses the role of reflective teaching in teachers＇ professional development. Finally, it presents the basic steps of reflective teaching and a few methods for reflective teaching. |
