| 摘 要： | 农村法治是社会主义新农村建设的重要方面，也是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本要求。目前，农村法治建设存在诸多问题，特别是农村法治的运行还很不完善，要完善农村法治建设，必须健全立法、执法、释法、修法、守法、治法等各个环节，构建一个健全的农村法治运行环境，推进农村法治建设的进程。

| Abstract: | The village rule of law is not only the important aspect in the construction of socialism new village, but also the fundamental demand for the construction of harmonious society. Currently, there exist many problems in the village rule of law construction ,especially the operation of village rule of law is still not perfect and should be improved, we should perfect all of the links as drafting, enforcing, explaining, modifying, obeying and curing the law, and set up a sound environment for the operation of the village rule of law, in order to promote the progress of the village rule of law construetion. |
