| 摘 要： | 执政能力建设是党执政后的一项根本建设。农村基层党组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础。加强农村基层党组织执政能力建设,是巩固党的执政地位的需要,是全面建设小康社会的需要,是贯彻党的路线方针政策的需要,是维护农村社会稳定的迫切需要。一定要切切实实加强农村基层党组织执政能力建设。

| Abstract: | Construction of abministrative ability has been one of the fandamental tasks of the party since it came ruling party. The party organization at basic level in rural areas is the most vigorous and vital organ of the party's body.I mproving the party's aboninistrative abih'ty in raral areas is to meet the of consolidating the party's ruling position,building a richer and better society in all-round way,carring out the party's policy and maintaining social stability in rural areas.Therefore,it is Absolutely necessary to enhance the construction of the party's administrative ability in rural areas. |
