摘    要:以本地野生观赏植物马蔺种子为材料,采用酸蚀、碱蚀、不同浓度的萘乙酸处理并以未处理的种子为对照,放置于25℃的恒温箱中培养一个月后,测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数。结果表明:马蔺种子在不同浓度的浓硫酸处理下,各项指标均比对照高;萘乙酸浓度在100—150mg/L之间对种子萌发有促进作用,尤其150mg/L萘乙酸处理各项指标明显高于对照;氢氧化钠处理的马蔺种子各项指标均比对照高,40%氢氧化钠溶液处理的种子萌发率最高。从而为利用播种繁殖野生观赏植物马蔺的苗木、补充园林绿化上的供缺提供理论依据。

On the Influence of the Wild Ornamental Plants Marin Seed Germination under Different Treatments

Abstract:We use small iris seed local wild ornamental plants of as the material, by etching, alkaline etching , and different concentrations of NAA Treatment and taking untreated seeds as the control,place them at 25 ≤incubator for one month, then, determine the germination rate, germination energy, germination index, and vigor index. The results show that firstly, under the treatment of concentrated sulfuric acid, small iris seeds in different concentrations of the indicators are averagely higher than the control , secondly between 100 and 150mg / 1, naphthylacetic acid concentration plays a role in promoting seed germination. Especially, it is at the 150mg / 1 that the indicators of NAA treatment were significantly higher than controled one, at last, sodium were significantly higher than the con- troled, ibe 40% of the sodium hydroxide solution to deal with the seed germination rate is the highest. Thus it can provide a theoretical basis for utilizing the propagation of seedlings of wild ornamental plants small iris, and adding the lack of landscaping.
