| 摘 要： | 二十世纪九十年代,司法改革作为日本政治议程上最为重要的议题之一,其主要目的在于促进日本社会的法治化。本文通过分析日本司法改革的历史背景,社会、政治动因以及日本司法制度改革审议会最终报告书的内容和改革的经验教训,从宏观上把握了我国司法改革的大致方向和目标。
