| 摘 要： | 作为一种新兴新型的反腐方式,微博反腐具有高效便捷、公开透明、及时互动的特征,越来越引起党和政府的关注,成为当下社会管理创新的重要组成部分。随着微博影响力与日俱增,微博不仅成为公众参政议政、言论表达的舆论平台,更是充当反腐倡廉、监督政府的有力手段。必须认清微博反腐的优劣之处,结合社会管理创新理念,促进微博反腐法制化、规范化发展。

| Abstract: | As a new anti -corruption mode, microblogs are efficient, open, transparent and timely interactive and hence they can arouse the attention of the Communist Party of China and the government. At present they are an important component of innovative social management. With their influence becoming stronger and stronger, they will act as a platform of public opinions for political participation and an effective means of fighting against corruption and monitoring the government. Nevertheless, it is argued that the advantages and disadvantages of microblogs should be recognized and that they should be legalized and standardized. |
