| 摘 要： | 生态文明是人类文明发展的新阶段，加强生态文明建设对于我国全面建设小康社会，实现可持续发展有着极其重要的意义。而在生态文明建设这一复杂的系统工程中，开展全民的生态文明教育发挥着基础性作用。从生态环境现状的宣传与教育、环境保护基本常识和生态科学规律的普及、生态文明观的教育和生态文明道德的培养等方面入手加强生态文明教育，促进生态文明建设。
