| 摘 要： | 当前少数民族地区农村的法制建设是其"新农村"建设的重要内容之一,在少数民族地区法制建设中,如何对待少数民族地区农村的传统法文化至关重要,它将关系到少数民族地区法制建设的成败。因此,文章认为,我们应从"法律多元"的理念出发,做到正确对待少数民族地区农村的传统法文化,注意吸收有益的法资源,并扬弃落后、有害的旧习惯。

| Abstract: | Legal construction in minority people's areas is one of main contents to"building a new countryside".In the construction of law system in minority areas,it is essential to treat the rural traditional culture,which will be in relation to the success and failure of the construction of law system.The paper holds that from the concept of law's multiplication,rural traditional culture shouldbe correctly treated,beneficial law resources should be drawn,and backward and harmful things should be cast away. |
