| 摘 要： | 学校体育工作的好坏,取决于体育教师的工作质量。在网球教学和训练中,效果的好坏很大程度上取决于教师的教学方法、综合素质以及是否做到最大限度地尽到教师的职责。结合高等学校体育的现状,针对性地分析教师的素质与职责对网球入门教学与训练的影响。
