| 摘 要： | 师范教育有其相对独立性及运行机理,市场经济及思想在当下教育领域的“失灵”,以致师范生源数量锐减、质量下降,“师范生免费教育”政策应运而归.2007年,我国6所部属院校推行“师范生免费教育”政策后,各省均积极筹划并逐渐在省内地方院校推行该政策,民族地区的积极实践,体现其对优质师资的更迫切需求.文章以贵州省为例,探析“师范生免费教育”政策在民族地区继续推进的必然性、必要性,并尝试提出几点建议,旨在坚持与完善该政策,推进民族地区教育又好又快地发展.
