| Abstract: | Based on the historical materialism and historical facts, this paper makes a scientific appraisal on the Foreign Affair Group, Reform Group and the Revolution Group, especially the main figures among them, in the late Qing Dynasty of China. It also curries a criticism of the so-called new historical outlook on these matters. |
