贫困大学生心理健康及社会支持状况的研究

探讨和研究贫困大学生心理健康与社会支持状况及两者之间的关系，可以为有效地进行心理危机干预提供参考依据。我们以河海大学495名贫困大学生为实验组，476名非贫困大学生为对照组，采用90项症状自评量表（SCL-90）和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）进行团体施测，结果发现贫困大学生的心理健康和社会支持状况均低于非贫困大学生，尤其是在人际敏感、抑郁和精神病性三方面差异达到非常显著的水平；在贫困大学生中，女生的心理健康水平低于男生，文科学生低于理工科学生，来自城市的贫困大学生低于来自乡村的贫困大学生；贫困大学生的心理健康水平和社会支持状况存在显著相关。提高个体感受到的主观支持及其对社会支持的利用度，将有利于贫困大学生心理健康水平的提高。

Mental Health and Social Support Status of Needy University Students

Objective: To explore the mental health and social support status of impoverished university students and the relationship between them, and to provide basis for effective psychological crisis help. Methods: SCL-90 and social support rating scale were used in 495 impoverished university students and 476 non-impoverished university students of Hohai University. Results: (1) The status of SCL-90 and social support of impoverished university students is lower than that of non-impoverished university students. The score of sensitivity, depression and psychosis. (2)In impoverished university students, the status of mental health of female is lower than of male, and that of liberal arts students is lower than that of science and engineering course students, and that of students from city is lower than that that of students from country. (3)The status of mental health is correlated with social support significantly in impoverished university students. Conclusion: It's propitious to enhance mental health status of impoverished university students by improving subjective support and utilization of social support.
