学科馆员与重点学科建设互动模式研究

摘    要:“学科馆员”是专家型的复合型人才,其与“参考咨询馆员”在知识、技能以及服务内容、对象和层次上有很大不同。将“学科馆员”与重点学科建设相结合,建立互动型“双赢”合作模式,一方面把重点学科建设的文献信息资源建设作为图书馆信息资源建设的重点,使之成为图书馆的特色和优势,另一方面通过“学科馆员”对文献信息资源开发促进重点学科建设的发展,是当前高校改革发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:The present paper makes a comparison between "discipline librarian" and "consultant librarian" with regard to their knowledge, skills and services. It stresses on the importance of building an interactive win-win mode in which the improvement of "discipline librarians" and construction of key disciplines are combined as one major part of library information and resources and further evolve into the features and advantages of the library. The exploitation of "discipline librarians" on information and resources will help promote the advancement of disciplines in higher institutions.
