摘    要:当前,教师教育开始从单纯对教育方法的探讨转向对教师专业化发展的研究。在这一研究中,反思性教学已成为教师教育所关注的核心问题。反思性教学具有主动性、反馈性、调节性及有效性等特点,可以通过记日记、听课与观察、教师评价和教学行动研究等操作路径加以实施。这些都有助于促进教师自我发展及教师职业专业化的实现。

Abstract:Recently,teacher education has changed its focus from a concern on what to teach and how to teach in terms of contents and methodology to teachers' professional development.Correspondingly,reflective teaching is becoming a major concern in the field of teacher education.Characterized by initiatives,feedbacks,moderation,and validity,reflective teaching can be conducted by means of such activities as diary-keeping,classroom observation,teacher assessment and action research performing,which in turn will facilitate teachers' self-development and realization of professionalism of language teaching.
