| 摘 要： | 随着我国就业方式由机构化就业向个体化就业的转变,将会有越来越多的大学生走自主创业之路。纵观我国大学生的创业历程,成功者却寥寥无几。在制约创业者创业的诸多能力中,逆商为主要因素之一。加强对大学生创业的逆商培养已显得非常迫切与重要。高校在创业教育中,必须解放思想、转变观念,采取积极措施对大学生实施创业逆商教育与培养,以提高他们的创业综合能力。

| Abstract: | As the employment mode is changing from institutionalization to individualization,more and more college students will be engaging in Innovative Undertaking.Surveying the history of the college students' innovative undertaking in China,few succeeded in it.Among all kinds of abilities which restrict their innovative undertaking,AQ is one of the main factors.It is urgent need to strengthen the training for their AQ.Colleges should emancipate mind,change ideas and take an active part in the AQ education and training in order to improve their incompetence. |
