从人类发展生态学的观点看幼儿教师专业成长

摘    要:教师专业成长是国际教育界广泛关注的热点。人类发展生态学开创了一种新的方法论,借用人类发展生态学将个体发展的影响系统分为宏观系统、外展系统、中间系统和微观系统的方法,探讨幼儿教师专业成长的途径,能够较好地在个体与环境的相互作用中深入认识个体的发展。幼儿教师专业成长在宏观系统层面是国家政策保障,在外展系统的是社会力量支持,基于中间系统的为团队合作精神,基于微观系统的是自身发展的需要。

Abstract:Teachers' professional development is an issue that draws worldwide attention in the educational circle. As an attempt to analyze the issue regarding the preschool teacher, this paper explores, by applying the theory of human development ecology, conditions of development including the guarantee of the state-policy, the support of society, teamwork spirits among teachers and the demands of their own development.
