| 摘 要： | 教师专业成长是国际教育界广泛关注的热点。人类发展生态学开创了一种新的方法论，借用人类发展生态学将个体发展的影响系统分为宏观系统、外展系统、中间系统和微观系统的方法，探讨幼儿教师专业成长的途径，能够较好地在个体与环境的相互作用中深入认识个体的发展。幼儿教师专业成长在宏观系统层面是国家政策保障，在外展系统的是社会力量支持，基于中间系统的为团队合作精神，基于微观系统的是自身发展的需要。

As an attempt to analyze the issue regarding the preschool teacher, this paper explores, by applying the theory of human development ecology, conditions of development including the guarantee of the state-policy, the support of society, teamwork spirits among teachers and the demands of their own development. |
