转型时期的社会分化及其对社会稳定的影响

Social differentiation and its influence on social stability during China's transition period

The article discusses the challenges of social differentiation to the inherent integrated pattern during the social transition in China.Because of the quick differentiation of social structure at present,there appears fracture between social differentiation and integration.This fracture will certainly influence the social stability of China.Therefore,in the new situation of social transition,we must establish a new integrated pattern to fit social quick differentiation and maintain the social stability,That is,we should cultivate intermediary organizations,enforce the government authority,establish perfect law system,clarify interests relationship,strengthen culture integration,and restructure value system etc.
