| Abstract: | The quality of real estate is closely related to the benefits of the real estate enterprises and the clients. Based on the analysis of the quality characteristics and the estate quality laws, the paper indicates that a comprehensive quality management system should be established and the quality management should be strengthened so that the real estate companies can survive and develop in the fierce competition,depending on its own quality and reputation. |
