| 摘 要： | 在对已有研究进行回顾和述评的基础上,对经济发展方式转变的涵义进行了尝试性的分析探讨,并就建设资源节约型社会对促进经济发展方式转变的作用进行了阐释分析,认为资源节约型社会建设是转变经济发展方式的必然要求、根本出发点和有效途径。

| Abstract: | According to the review and commentary on previous research,the article has a tentative analysis of the transformation of the mode of economic development and the meaning. On the basis of the result,the article has the conclusion that the construction of a resource-saving society is an effective way to fundamentally change the mode of economic development. And it not only can be regarded as a starting point,but also the inevitable requirement. |
