| 摘 要： | 论述了行政人员的伦理自主性,是作为行政主体的行政人员在行政活动中进行价值判断和伦理选择的行为;分析了伦理自主性既是行政管理活动的需要,也是行政人员人性发展的需要,其来源是行政裁量权为行政人员提供的自主选择的空间;而伦理自主性的充分获得在于主体对行政伦理必然性的认识.

| Abstract: | Administrator's ethical autonomy is the value judging and ethnic choosing behavior conducted by the administrators in the administrative activities.It is both a demand of the administrative management activity and a demand of developing the administrator's humanity. Its origin comes from the free space provided by the administratively judging right.While the full aquirment of the ethical autonomy lies in recogonizing the inevitability of administrative ethnics. |
