| 摘 要： | 尝试用九型人格测试应用于大学生就业指导咨询，把九型人格测试作为大学生就业咨询中自我探索的重要理论和工具。并指导大学生正确处理性格与职业理想的关系，发现自己的优势，塑造积极心理品质，在职业生涯中被激发出持久的动力，并强化为享用终生的积极心理品质。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to use the Enneagram test in the employment guidance counseling of College Students and regards it as an important tool,which college students can explore them.Moreover,the spirit is guiding the college students to handle the relationship between personality and professional ideal correctly,discovering their own advan-tage,shaping the quality of positive psychological,motivating the lasting power in ones career,and strengthening the positive psychological quality for one’ s eternal life. |
