摘    要:当两个正确的价值观相互冲突而又必须择其一时,教师就会陷入进退两难的心理困境。这种伦理困境是诱发舞弊、造假等败德行为的主要因素。借助问卷,调查高校教师对职业伦理价值的认知状况,考察其所遭遇伦理困境的类型、应对方式及识别和突破伦理困境的能力。调查发现,教师群体的教学伦理价值偏向分散;科研与教学冲突是教师面临的最主要困境,其次是不知如何处理与上课不认真听讲或考试违纪学生的关系;自行解决和向前辈咨询是他们解决伦理困境的主要方式。

Survey on college teachers’ professional ethical dilemmas
Abstract:College teachers fall into the psychological dilemma when they have to choose one from two conflicting but correct values.This kind of ethical dilemma is a key factor which induces fraud,cheat and moral hazard.The questionnaire is applied to survey what the teachers’ knowledge about professional ethical value are,what kinds of ethical dilemmas they are facing,and how they deal with them.The paper finds out that teaching ethical values tend to disperse among the teachers,and the conflict between research and teaching is the main dilemma,which is fol-lowed by not knowing how to deal with the relationship between college teachers and those students who do not lis-ten carefully in classroom or cheat on exams .College teachers are used to resolving such dilemmas by themselves or consulting senior colleagues.
