| 摘 要： | 论述了当代大学生就业价值取向存在的主要问题;当代大学生就业价值取向偏差的负面影响;引导大学生就业价值取向的主要措施。并指出高校应加强对大学生的择业指导,引导其价值取向,帮助大学生正确制定职业规划,实现顺利就业。

| Abstract: | Recently,the problem is outstanding that graduates' obtaining employment has been difficult day by day,and graduates' unemployment has already become a serious social problem.Its reasen is in many aspects,but graduates' value orientation is an inherent and key factor. The social values of graduates have been faint.So univer- sities should attach importance to role of instructing grad- uates to choose career,guide their value orientation,help them to make occupation plans correctly and obtain em- ployment successfully |
