| Abstract: | Law globalization is the legal expression of the undergoing process of globalization of the world economy, politics and culture. And it is a positive process that a sovereign state coordinates in action, and participates together. The market economy that China is developing breaks strongly through the regional restriction with its objective law, and extends to abroad, making home and foreign company be one body. And with China's entering of WTO, the legal restrains, legal system, and law community will definitely be influenced under the background of legal globalization |
