| Abstract: | This paper is written in answering to the new requirements on opening up to the outside world made in the report of the 16th Central Committee of the People's Communist Party. By the contrast of China's top 500 companies and the world top 500 companies, it demonstrates that for China's companies the foreign direct investment is feasible and also provides some theory supports and practical advantages. |
