社会资本在公益性组织中的功效研究——以回报雷锋志愿者协会为个案

以社会资本为理论基础,选取回报雷锋志愿者协会作为个案,运用个案访谈的方法对社会资本在公益性组织中的功效进行了研究。调查发现,回报雷锋志愿者协会的社会资本包括政府、媒体、具有＂雷锋情结＂的个人和组织、高校和社区等。社会资本的功效有两个方面：一方面,这些社会资本为公益性组织提供了经费和志愿者,促进了协会的发展;另一方面,社会资本利用和建构了公益性组织,可能使它的组织形态、目标、性质发生改变。

The efficiency of social capital onconstruction of commonweal organizations——taking the return Lei Fengvolunteer association as a case

The article takes the social capital as the theoretical foundation,selects the Return Lei Feng Volunteer Association as a case and uses the method of interview to study the effects on social capital in public welfare organization.The survey finds out that social capital of the Return Lei Feng Volunteer Association comes from the governments,the medias,individuals and organizations with "Lei Feng complex",universities and communities.The efficiency of the social capitals has two aspects:on the one hand,the social capital provides funding and volunteers for the commonweal organizations;on the other hand,it can utilize and construct commonweal organizations to make its organization,target and nature change.
