以"就业为导向"的职业教育教学改革思考

通过对职业教育就业能力的分析制定相应措施来提高就业意识、加强就业能力,并建立起一系列就业能力指标体系,准确定位人才培养目标,针对当前面临的社会就业问题,结合企业、行业发展现状,反向更新教学思想,以市场和企业的需求为参考分析出适合当今就业环境的人才培养策略,构建新的课程体系,调整专业设置,改变教学方法,改进和完善当前教学环节中的不足,高度重视职业教育实现就业的功能,为缓解当前毕业生就业困难、就业人才分配不均的现状作出相应的调整,培养适应社会发展的全面高素质人才,全力推进职业教育教学改革.

The reflections on the reform of vocational education based on "employment-orientation"

In this article,through the analysis of vocational education employment capacity,some appropriate measures are made to improve employment awareness,strengthen the ability to employ,establish a series of employment ability index system,and accurately identify talents training targets.Aiming at the current social employment problems,combining with the development situation in enterprises and industries,the teaching ideas has been reversal updated.Taking the market and enterprise demand as reference,the talents training strategies suitable to the current employment environment have been analyzed,and the new curriculum system has been established.The teaching method should be changed.The shortcomings in current teaching environment should be improved.The vocation education should be highly valued to achieve employment.In order to alleviate the difficulties in current graduates employment situation,and the uneven talents distribution of current employment status,some corresponding adjustments should be made to train the comprehensive and high-quality talents who adapt to the social development,and wholly promote vocational education and teaching reform.
