新生代农民工市民化倾向及其影响因素研究——以上海市X区为例

基于人口迁移的选择性理论,采用抽样调查及数据统计分析方法,从个体特征、经济、心理和社会因素的角度,探讨新生代农民工市民化倾向及其影响因素。研究结果表明,新生代农民工市民化倾向不是很明显;在诸多影响因素中,年龄、城乡收入差距、城市生活满意度、与城市居民的交往和组织支持等因素对新生代农民工的市民化倾向有显著影响。

On the urbanization will of younger migrant workers and its influencing factors——a case for X District in Shanghai

Based on the theory of selective migration,the urbanization will of the migrant workers of younger generation and its influencing factors are discussed from the of perspectives of personal features,economic,psychological and social factor by adopting the methods of sampling survey and statistic analysis in this paper.The findings show that the migrant workers of younger generation do not possess strong will of urbanization,and the influencing factors of their age,the gap between the rural and urban area,urban life satisfaction,interaction with urban residents and supports from government and some organizations have a significant effect on their urbanization will.
