| 摘 要： | 共青团工作系统化建设是高校共青团推动自身价值最大化的重要途径和科学方法。按照一般系统论的理论对高校共青团工作进行解构分析,将各种工作要素重新优化、组合,分别打造保障体系和工作体系,以"目标管理"和"过程控制"为方法促进体系融合,从而使共青团工作符合一个优良系统的标准。

| Abstract: | System Development of CYL（Communist Youth League） work is a significant way and a scientific method to maximize the value of the college CYL. In order to make the CYL work meet the standards of an excellent system, it is essential to structure and analyze the work based on General System Theory, to re-optimize and re-combine all work elements, to create a security system and a working system respectively, and to promote the integration of the systems by means of ＂Objective Management＂ and ＂Process Control＂. |
