广西多科性院校的人本主义教师管理制度初探

摘    要:以人为本的管理能充分激发教师的主动性和创造性,更好地为教育教学服务。广西多科性院校的教师队伍建设需要重视人的价值,把调动教师的积极性、挖掘教师的潜能作为学校管理者的主要职责,只有这样才能留住人才,充分利用人才,实现学校的科学发展。因此,笔者认为要建立以人为本的教师管理机制。

Abstract:The people-oriented teacher management can fully arouse the initiative and creativity of teachers so as to serve better for educating and teaching. It is necessary for the muhidisciplinary universities of Guangxi to think highly of the value of individual talents. It is the major responsibility of school managers to stimulate the enthusiasm of the teachers and tap their potentials. Only in this way can the schools retain staff and make the best of talents in order to enjoy scientific development. It is essential to set up a teacher administrative mechanism emphasizing "putting people first".
