| Abstract: | The status and function of mass organ izations in higher education instit utions(HEIs)are very important in university stu dents' quality education.An excellent stu dent mass organization,featuring i ts inspiration and cohesion,its varied and colourful activities ,its correct values ,and its gradual and i mperceptible influence,constitut es a base for innovation in overall qu ality education.To strengthen the building of mass organizations i n HEIs,it is imperative to improve th e mass organizations' systems of management personnel tra ining,financial management ,and examination and approval. |
