| 摘 要： | 创新教育是二十一世纪高等教育的必然发展趋势.高校课堂教学的创新教育必须"以学生为本".创新教育应遵循主体性、发展性、开放性、民主性、活动性、激励性等原则.教师要有创新精神,要创造轻松活泼的课堂气氛,要灵活运用各种教学方法和教学手段.

| Abstract: | Innovative education is the inexorable development trend of higher education in the 21st century .The present paper ,from the angle of a college teacher, advances the educational concept of "putting students first" towards innovative education in classroom teaching. And the author of this paper generalizes some teaching principles and personal understanding of implementing innovative education from his own teaching experience. |
